OUR HISTORY

1976

Quietflex was founded in Houston, Texas.

1995

Quietflex relocated to a 400,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

2002

Quietflex opened its Phoenix, Arizona manufacting plant.

2006

Quietflex began compression of flex duct.
Quietflex opened its duct manufacturing facility in Groveland, Florida.

2007

Quietflex bar coding was introduced to the flex shipments.
Quietflex introduced duct liner.

2008

Quietflex opened the Pittston, Pennsylvania manufacturing plant.
Quietflex AMG Flex was introduced.

2010

Quietflex R4.2, R6.0 and R8.0 Duct Wrap were introduced.
Quietflex HPD and QAS products were introduced.

2012

Quietflex Duct Board was introduced.

WHY WE’VE GROWN

We started in the home garage of an HVAC contractor and now have four state-of-the-art-facilities. Through it all, Quietflex has developed superior products for the many industries we serve, and we excel at rapidly fulfilling customer requirements. Reduced lead times help our distributor partners reduce inventory while maintaining top-tier customer service.

Quietflex began producing fiberglass in 1997, and it quickly launched us into niche markets, including semi-cured for automotive molders, resilient blankets for liquid natural gas tanks, duct liner and die cut for HVAC applications and a variety of other versatile blankets.
